USED MATERIALS: Over 100 year old Mohair, between 1890 and 1900 in the most beautiful bright dark red color that I've ever found.
I've added "repairs" on it for an antique look.
PAW PADS: Suedine, hand shaded for an antique look.
EYES: Genuine victorian shoe button eyes.
NOSE: Sparse stitched.
JOINTS: 5-ways cotter pin jointed.
FILLING: Polyfill and plastic pellets.
CLOTHING: Embroidered and lined green vest.

This is Christoph. He now lives with Richard.
A romantic basket in Victorian style.
You will receive the basket as shown on the photo with many accessories (photo of a Victorian Lady, a sheet of music, a rose, bear in vintage style
with his little toy).
The bear is 21 cm(8.25") high and made from German Helmbold Mohair.
He is filled with sheep wool and a few pellets, has black glass eyes, is 5-way cotter pin jointed and has an embroidered and waxed nose.
In his arm is a cuddly little bear toy with stitched face.
The little bear in the basket looks as if he has been cuddled by generations or spent many years up in the attic!
This bear has been given a lot of special attention to create this vintage look: his Mohair has got an antique treatment,
the bear has "repairs", a patch and gentle shadings.
